In 2026, the Institut International Notre-Dame du Lac celebrates 80 years of history, faith, and educational excellence. This anniversary marks an important milestone: it honors the heritage of those who have shaped Notre-Dame's identity and reflects the vitality of a community oriented towards the future.

This Anniversary Gala is an expression of deep gratitude and shared ambition. 

Together-past and present students, partners, and friends-we highlight the mission that unites us: to educate, inspire, and open new horizons for generations to come.

L'Auberge du Père Bise at NDL 

L'Auberge du Père Bise s'invite à L'Institut International Notre-Dame du Lac. 

Two-starred Chef Jean Sulpice will present a signature dinner specially created for the 80th Anniversary Gala of Notre-Dame du Lac.

 

As an ambassador of fine Alpine cuisine, I strive to reveal the richness and diversity of Savoie. A mountain lover and sportsman, I enjoy venturing off the beaten path and staying close to nature. My cooking reflects this spirit — instinctive, bold, balanced, unpretentious, and deeply connected to the Alpine terroir. From the scent of the forest floor to mountain flowers, from lake fish to Alpine game, each dish is an invitation to discover a land and taste its authenticity. I draw my strength from the producers who, with dedication and humility, shape the Alpine biodiversity. Through my creations, I aim to share the story and passion of this living heritage.”
